This Website is operated from Switzerland. Because I operate from Switzerland and may work with clients or visitors in the EEA, this policy is designed to reflect Swiss data protection law and, where applicable, the GDPR.

I take your privacy seriously. This policy reflects my commitment to complying with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, revised September 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

I keep your data private and only share it where necessary to operate my Website, communicate with you, send newsletters, or issue invoices.

I rely on trusted service providers based in Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA) for hosting, email, newsletter delivery, invoicing, and website development. A limited number of services may involve data processing in the United States, under the safeguards described in Section 5.

These providers process personal data only to the extent necessary for their role. Where required, I rely on contracts or other appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is handled in line with Swiss and, where applicable, EU data protection law. You can request a list of specific providers by contacting me at the address in Section 1.

For newsletter delivery and contact form submissions, I use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), based in France. Personal data you submit through these channels, including your name, email address, company name, and any other information you provide, is transferred to Brevo for processing and storage in accordance with Brevo's Privacy Policy. I also use Brevo automation to notify me when a contact form is submitted, so I can respond to your request promptly.

For website hosting, I use Hetzner, based in Germany. Technical data such as IP addresses, server logs, browser information, and access times may be processed by Hetzner to provide, secure, and maintain the Website.

My domain may be registered and managed through Hostpoint, a Swiss provider. Technical and administrative data may be processed by Hostpoint where necessary for domain management and related services.

For website analytics and tag management, I use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, both provided by Google. Depending on the service and user location, data may be processed by Google group companies and their subprocessors, including in the United States, under the safeguards described in Section 5.

For invoicing, I use CashCtrl, based in Switzerland, which processes billing information to generate invoices.

I may also disclose personal data:

• To authorities or courts where I am legally required to do so (for example, for tax audits)
• To collaborators or contractors working with me on a specific client project, only where this is necessary to deliver the service and agreed with you as part of our working relationship
• To recommended specialists only with your consent, if you ask me for a referral

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data for marketing purposes.

4. Payments and billing

If you purchase a service from me, your payment is typically made by bank transfer or a similar method. Payment-related information is processed through your bank and mine only to the extent necessary to complete the transaction, keep records, and comply with legal obligations under Swiss commercial and tax law.

For invoicing purposes, I use CashCtrl, a Swiss-based invoicing tool, which processes billing information such as your name, address, and email to generate invoices. No payment transactions are processed through CashCtrl.

Most of my service providers are based in Switzerland or the European Economic Area (EEA), where your data benefits from an adequate level of data protection.

Some service providers or their subprocessors, such as Google, may process personal data outside Switzerland or the EEA, including in the United States. For these transfers, I rely on safeguards recognized under Swiss and EU law, including:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and recognized by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC)
• The EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where applicable
• Other legally recognized transfer mechanisms

6. How I process data on social networks

I maintain a presence on several social media platforms as part of my work as a content creator and marketing consultant. These include LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, and X (Twitter).

When you follow me, engage with my content, or send me a message on these platforms, I may process personal data about you (such as your username, profile information, comments, likes, messages, and engagement data) to respond to you and manage my presence on these platforms.

The platforms themselves also collect and process data about you under their own terms and privacy policies. I have no control over the platforms' own data processing. When you visit my social media profiles, the respective platform acts as the data controller for the data it collects about you.

Legal basis: My legitimate interest in maintaining a professional social media presence and engaging with my audience (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and, where applicable, your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

7. How long I keep your data

• Contact form submissions and communication: Up to 3 years after our last interaction, unless the communication becomes part of a client relationship, invoice, legal obligation, or potential legal claim, in which case it may be retained for up to 10 years or as otherwise required by law
• Client data and invoices: 10 years, as required by Swiss commercial and tax law
• Newsletter data: Until you unsubscribe
• Website technical logs: Typically up to 7 days for routine logs, longer for security investigations if needed
• Social media interactions: Retained on the respective platforms according to their policies; messages and comments I have access to are kept as long as relevant to our interaction

Once data is no longer needed, I delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

Under Swiss and EU data protection law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: Request a copy of the personal data I hold about you
• Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to deletion: Request that I delete your data, subject to legal retention obligations
